Tunisair was founded in 1948 and is the flag carrier airline of Tunisia. It has its main base in Tunis-Carthage International Airport and operates its service to four international routes with over 100 destinations. Tunisair is also a member of the Arab Air Carriers Organisation.

Travel Class
Tunisair provides for 2 travel classes:
Economy Class: Passengers can carry one hand baggage, on check-in luggage and get access to comfortable seating, adjustable backrest. For flight destinations in the Middle East and Africa, passengers can take up to two check-in luggage.
Business Class: Passengers can carry one hand baggage, two check-in luggage. For flight destinations in the Middle East and Africa, passengers can take up to 3 check-in luggage. The guests can relax with their ergonomic, comfortable and spacious cabin area and fine dines from a delicately chosen food menu. The guests can wait at the Escape Privilege lounge while awaiting the flight and also get access to priority check-in and baggage delivery.

Frequent Flyer Program
<a href="www.tunisair.com/site/publish/content/article.asp?id=522&lang=fr Fidelys is the frequent flyer program for Tunisair. Members can earn mileage points by flying with the airline. These points can be redeemed for award tickets, award upgrade, value-added services. Members with the Fidelys Classic Card, Fidelys Silver Card, Fidelys Gold Card get access to priority check-in, lounge access, extra baggage, priority luggage, priority boarding and many other exclusive services. The mileage points can also be earned with the nation- airline partners in Hotels, Banks, Telecommunications, Car Rentals, Travel agencies etc.

Baggage allowance
Passengers flying Economy class are allowed to carry one hand baggage which can weigh up to 8 kgs and the one check-in bag can weigh up to 23 kgs. For the Middle East and West African destinations, an allowance of 2 check-in luggage is provided. Passengers flying Business Class are allowed to carry 2 hand baggage with an overall weight of 10kgs and 2 check-in luggage which can weigh up to 23 kgs each. While flying to the Middle East and West African destinations, passengers are allowed 3 check-in pieces of baggage weighing 23 kgs each. Check-in
Domestic Flights - Passengers can check-in online 24 hrs to 3 hrs prior to the scheduled departure time.
International Flights - Passengers can check-in online 24 hrs to 3 hrs prior to the scheduled departure time.

Onboard support
Tunisair provides assistance for guests with special needs, Infants, expectant mothers, unaccompanied minors and any pre-departure arrangements. The Airport Customer Services units assist in check-in and departure procedures, receiving an unaccompanied minor, demonstration of seatbelt safety to children.

Refund and Cancellation
Passengers can cancel their booking either through Tunisair’s sales’ offices or email them at [email protected] or [email protected]. All cancellations are subject to a cancellation fee.
